For the pork chop with plums, first boil potatoes with the skin for 20 minutes. Cut plums in half, remove seeds and cut into quarters. Fry them in half of the butter. Pour whipped cream, add green pepper and crushed pink berries. Simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes. Seasoning.
