Onion sauce:

Instructions:

In a wide frying pan, heat the olive oil. Sauté the onions and garlic in it. Add turmeric and paprika and fry briefly. Extinguish with white wine and soup and steam the onion vegetables for ten minutes. Later add cream and mustard and steam everything together on low heat until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.

Season the chops with salt and season with pepper. Sear them heartily on both sides in the hot clarified butter. Now reduce the temperature and roast the chops for about five minutes.

Immediately before serving, cut the chives with scissors to the onion sauce.

Arrange the chops on warm plates and add a little bit of onion sauce.

Our tip: Fresh chives are much more aromatic than dried ones!
