A bean recipe for every taste:

Rinse, clean and coarsely chop mushrooms. Grate Emmental and stir through with cream cheese. Add kitchen herbs and stir in. Fold in the mushrooms. Season heartily with garlic salt and pepper.

Rinse fillet, dry and cut into 6-8 medallions. Heat oil in a coated frying pan. Fry medallions in it on both sides for 2-4 min. Season with salt and pepper. Remove meat from roasting pan and spread with kitchen herb cream cheese. Bake briefly in the oven under the broiler. This goes well with Röstitaler.
