Instructions:

Make potatoes in salted water about 25 min. Cut meat into cubes. Remove peel from onion and garlic, chop finely. Cut mushrooms into cubes, zucchini into cubes. Heat oil.

Fry meat cubes in it, take out. Sauté garlic, onions and vegetables. Add clear soup, bring to boil, thicken stock, season.

Stew meat in it for about 5 minutes. Add parsley.
