Ingredients:

For the meat marinade:

For the seasoning sauce:

Instructions:

Cut the pork into bite-sized cubes. For the meat marinade, mix all the ingredients together well and marinate the meat cubes in it for an hour. Meanwhile, mix from time to time. Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut them into 2 cm strips.

Mix all the ingredients for the seasoning sauce well in a small bowl. Now heat plenty of vegetable oil in a wok or deep skillet. Roll the pork in cornstarch and deep fry in hot oil on high flame for about 2 minutes. Lift out and heat the oil again over high heat. Add the pork to the oil again and deep fry until crispy, about 30 seconds. Lift out the meat and keep warm.

Pour off all but a tiny bit of the oil and fry the peppers and pineapple over high heat. After about 2 minutes, add the seasoning sauce and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, mix in the pork and serve immediately so that the meat also comes to the table crispy.
