Season the pork tenderloins with pepper and place in a shallow glass baking dish brushed with oil. Place on the high broiler and brown on combination broiler level 3 (strong) and 250 watts in 8-10 min. Turn fillets to the other side and brown under the broiler level 3 (strong) for 5 min. Then season the meat with salt and keep warm in aluminum foil. Cut the Gorgonzola into small pieces and put it into a form with the whipped cream and the sauce thickener. If necessary, heat at 850 watts for 2-4 minutes. Cut the meat into diagonal slices, sprinkle with basil and add the sauce.

Tip: As an alternative to fresh basil, you can also use the freeze-dried.
