Roll up breakfast bacon and brown on both sides in olive oil.

Cut the top of the rutabagas into small pieces, separate them from the skin, hollow them out and stew them in tap water with meat broth. Cook the whipped cream with the sliced mushrooms, fresh white wine, herbs, salt, pepper and garlic and add a little bit of whipped cream.

Fill the kohlrabi with the mushroom sauce and garnish. Offer the pork tenderloin in bacon around the kohlrabi on the plate.
