Instructions:

For the pork tenderloin wrapped in puff pastry, season the pork tenderloin and sear it in oil on all sides.

Roll out the pastry, cover with bacon slices, place the pork tenderloin on top and roll it up, brush with egg and bake at 200 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.

Dust the drippings with a little flour, roast briefly, deglaze with cognac, bring to the boil briefly and pour on soup and cream.
