For the pot dessert in a glass, soak the gelatine in cold water. Whip the cream until creamy. Mix curd with yogurt, powdered sugar and lemon juice.

Squeeze the gelatine and melt it with the rum over low heat and stir it quickly into the curd mixture, carefully fold in the whipped cream. Chill for at least 6 hours.

Using an ice cream scoop, cut out balls of the mixture and place in dessert glasses, top each with 1 spoonful of Amarena cherries, sprinkle with a few almonds and serve the pot dessert in the glass.
