Instructions:

Mix curd cheese with egg. Then slowly fold in flour and semolina and finish with a pinch of salt. Let the mixture rest for about 10 minutes. Boil salted water. Cut out dumplings with a tablespoon and put them into the boiling water. When all the dumplings float to the surface of the water (beware: in some pots the dumplings stick to the bottom) strain. Roast the breadcrumbs in a pan and fold in the sugar. Add the dumplings and you’re done. Strawberry mirror: Mix strawberries with sugar and crush with a hand blender.
