Instructions:

A great cake recipe for any occasion:

Put the flour mixed with baking powder in a suitable bowl, on top egg yolks, sugar, juice of one lemon and butter cut into slices. Knead everything well. Put half of the crumble on the bottom of a well-greased cake springform pan.

Put the butter, sugar, egg yolks and semolina in a suitable bowl and mix well, add the curd, work well one more time and fold in the stiffly beaten snow.

Pour the curd mixture into the cake tin and spread the remaining crumbles evenly on top.

Bake for about 60-70 minutes at a good medium heat.
