For the pot pie, beat the butter and sugar until thick and creamy. Stir in the eggs. Mix flour with baking powder and stir in. Add liquid (milk or mineral water) and stir until thick and creamy and the dough is smooth.

At the end, fold in nuts, almond kernels or raisins if desired. Bake the pot cake in a greased cake pan in a preheated oven at 175-190 degrees for one hour.
