A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Prepare a kneaded dough from the ingredients listed. Roll out the dough on the bottom of a greased springform pan and press out a rim about 4 cm high. Prick the dough base a few times with a fork.

Sprinkle almond leaves on top, drain apricots and spread evenly on the pastry base.

For the glaze, stir all the ingredients together, pour over the apricots and place in the cold oven.
