Instructions:

For the potato bread make a “Dampfl” from yeast, sugar and milk. Pour all the ingredients into a bowl, put the dampfl in the middle, beat well until the dough is silky shiny and detaches from the bowl.

Leave to rise in a warm place, form a loaf or bun, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper, leave to rise again and bake at medium heat until golden brown.
