For the potato casserole, boil and peel the potatoes.Boil and peel 6 eggs.Cut the ham into strips. Cut the potatoes and eggs in half. Grease a baking dish (doesn’t have to be).

Place a row of potatoes in the baking dish. Then, if necessary, salt the row a little. save some potato wedges for the end. Put the second layer of egg slices and the third layer of ham strips. Then eggs again and finally cover well with the remaining potato wedges.

Preheat the oven 200 degrees hot air. Mix cream and eggs, salt and pepper well. You can also add chives or parsley. Pour this mixture over the mixture. Immediately put into the oven and bake at about 200°C. After about half an hour, or when you see that the casserole is getting a little color, sprinkle with cheese, if you like. As soon as it gets some color, the casserole is ready.
