Instructions:

Cook the potatoes in their skins, peel and press through the potato press.

Boil the egg for about 8 minutes, rinse, peel and chop.

Mix the mashed potatoes with the egg, butter, curd, cheese, fresh cream and caraway seeds.

Pour the mixture into a clean container with a tight seal and keep cool.

– Stir in freshly chopped parsley.
