For the potato gröstl, boil the potatoes until soft, then peel and chop them. Heat the clarified butter and fry the finely diced onion and the crushed garlic cloves in it.

Then fry the egg and finally add the potatoes and sausage. Roast for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently, and finally season with salt, pepper and caraway seeds.
