For the potato noodles, cook the potatoes, peel and strain. Mix with flour, salt, eggs and fat and quickly work into a dough.

Form dough into finger-thick rolls, cut into 3-centimeter-long pieces and shape them into noodles.

Boil in salted water, strain and rinse. Roast butter with breadcrumbs and turn the potato noodles in it.
