Try this delicious cake recipe:

Make potatoes, peel and coarsely grate.

Mix half of the cheese with eggs, potatoes and crème fraîche. Season with pepper, salt, nutmeg and marjoram.

Preheat oven to 200 °C. Grease the ring cake pan, add the dough. Bake for 35 minutes. Turn out potato ring onto an ovenproof plate. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake for another 15 min.

Clean leek, rinse, cut into rings. Melt butter. Add leeks and steam briefly until soft. Extinguish with wine, season. Pour in clear soup and whipped cream. Steam the vegetables until soft with the lid closed.

Cut ham into strips, chop parsley, mix with vegetables, heat briefly, fill in the middle of the pastry ring and serve on the spot.
