For the potato rösti with creamed cucumbers and dill, first peel and coarsely grate the potatoes, squeeze well with your hands. Mix potatoes with crème fraîche, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Heat oil in a pan. Using a spoon, place mixture in pan, flatten and fry until golden brown on both sides. Drain hash browns on paper towels.

Slice cucumber with peel into thin slices. Mix sour cream with mayonnaise until smooth, mix with cucumber slices and dill. Place the creamed cucumber on the Rösti, garnish with fresh dill and pink berries and serve the Erdäpfelrösti with creamed cucumber and dill.
