Instructions:

Boil potatoes with the skin in salted water until soft. Let cool a little and then cut in half lengthwise. Scrape out the inside with a spoon, but leave a margin and do not damage the skin.

Wash the young onion and finely chop the white part. Cut the green part into rings.

Mix the white young onion, cheese and bacon with the milk and the inside of the potatoes. Add salt and pepper. Fill again into the potato shells and sprinkle with a little cheese.

Bake at 180 °C with the grill function for about 10 minutes in the middle of the oven.

Garnish with the green young onion rings.
