Instructions:

Prepare a vegetable soup for the potato soup.

Clean and wash the potatoes and mushrooms.

Dice the potatoes, cut the mushrooms into slices and sauté both in butter. Deglaze with soup and add marjoram, salt, pepper, cumin and bay leaf.

When the potatoes are soft, serve the potato soup garnished with parsley.
