Instructions:

For the potato soup with beef, cut the meat into pieces about 1 cm.

Fry in hot oil for 8-10 minutes. Peel and dice the onions and add to the meat. Sauté briefly and then pour the soup, cook for about 40 minutes.

Peel, wash and dice the potatoes. Clean the peppers and leeks, wash and cut into strips or rings. Add these ingredients to the soup, bring to a boil and then cook for another 20 minutes or so.

Season the soup with salt, pepper and curry, stir in parsley and cream.

Serve the potato soup with beef.
