Brush the potatoes thoroughly, cut them in half and place them on a baking tray with the cut surfaces facing up.

Mix the salt, caraway seeds and enough pepper and sprinkle over the potatoes. Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil. 3.

Put the baking tray into the cold oven (center). Bake the potatoes at 180 °C for 1 hour, until they are soft.

For the cream, mash the cheese with the curd cheese and the whipped cream and stir until smooth. 5.

Rinse the apple, cut into quarters, remove the core and grate. Remove the withered leaves and the roots from the onions and chop finely. Chop the nuts and the lemon peel. 6.

Mix all these ingredients with the cheese cream. Season the cream with the juice of one lemon, salt and pepper and serve with the potatoes.
