For the power breakfast, wash the grapes, apple and pear. Remove the core from the apple and pear and cut into small cubes. Cut the large grapes in half, leave the small ones whole.

Peel the banana and cut into cubes as well. Mix the fruit in a large bowl. Divide the mixed fruit among 4 deep plates or small bowls 1 geh. Tbsp. whole grain oatmeal on top.

Mix the yogurt and milk and dissolve the honey in it. Pour the sweetened yogurt milk over the 4 bowls.
