Wash jars very clean.
Mix the mince and the spices well.
Pour the minced meat into the jars. The jars should be 3/4 full (do not squeeze, press lightly at most).
Fill the jars 3/4 full with water.
Heat water to 100 °C in a saucepan and place the jars in it (water level to just below the jar lids).
After 90 minutes, remove the jars, let cool and store in a dark and cool place.
