For the custard tart, puree the raspberries. Prepare the chocolate pudding according to package instructions.

Pour the finished chocolate pudding into the cake mold (heart or Ø 26 cm) and allow to cool slightly.

Meanwhile, prepare vanilla pudding according to package directions and pour onto chocolate pudding in mold.

Let cool slightly. While cooling, heat the pureed raspberries with the preserving sugar in a saucepan and boil for 3 minutes.

Pour on the custard and let the custard cake cool.
