For the puff pastry boats, mix some milk with the pudding powder. Heat milk with sugar, stir in stirred pudding powder, bring to a boil and let cool.

Roll out puff pastry and wheel into squares of equal size. Spread pudding filling on top, brush edges with milk, fold puff pastry diagonally to center.

Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180 °C for 15-20 minutes, while still hot spread the strawberry jam on both corners of the pudding filling and allow to cool.
