For the puff pastry cheese sticks, defrost the puff pastry. Cut the puff pastry sheets lengthwise into 3 pieces. Brush each piece individually with egg, sprinkle with grated Emmental and twist into a spiral.
Place the spirals on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180 °C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Place the baked sticks on a cooling rack and allow to cool.
