For the pumpkin fries, first wash the pumpkin, cut in half and remove the seeds (Hokkaido does not need to be peeled, other types of pumpkin do). Cut into thin wedges. Brush with the oil and sprinkle half with curry powder and half with French fries seasoning salt.

Bake in the Philips Airfryer at 200 °C for about 15 minutes until crispy.

In the meantime, mix all ingredients for the dip.

Serve the pumpkin fries with yogurt dip.
