For the pumpkin pie, soak the bread in the hot milk on the lowest heat for about 10 minutes. Cover and steam pumpkin cubes over low heat until soft, add sugar and now let pumpkin steam out without covering.

Puree pumpkin with soaked bread. Mix with raisins, beaten eggs and vanilla sugar. Pour the mixture into a greased cake tin.

Bake the pumpkin pie in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes.
