For the pumpkin pie “Graveyard” put the finely grated pumpkin in a sieve and squeeze a little. Separate eggs, beat egg yolks with honey until foamy, egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.

Mix flour with baking powder. Gently fold egg foam, orange juice and flavoring, nuts, pumpkin and flour into egg whites, stirring not too vigorously.

Grease and crumble a cake pan, pour in mixture and bake slowly at 160°C degrees hot air for an hour or more. Test with chopsticks!

While the cake is baking, put on the mini zwieback, cut Gespenter from the wafer and paint with chocolate writing (icing).

Cover the cooled cake first with orange marmalade and then with icing, attach the “tombstones” and “ghosts” possibly with the help of toothpicks and the pumpkin cake “Cemetery” is ready.
