Instructions:

Peel the onion, chop finely and fry in a little oil. Remove the seeds from the pumpkin, cut into cubes and fry.

Add a little water (max. 125 ml) and simmer for a while.

Mash the soft pumpkin with a potato masher, add cream cheese, season with salt, pepper and hot spice (possibly also with chili).

If necessary, dilute with a little milk.
