Instructions:

For the pumpkin sauce, cook the Hollandaise sauce according to instructions in 250 ml of water and remove from heat.

Mash the pumpkin with a fork. Stir into sauce with mayonnaise, chili sauce, sugar, salt and pepper.

Season the pumpkin sauce to taste and leave to cool.
