Cream cheese, margarine and salt with a mixer until fluffy. Roast pumpkin seeds in a pan without fat, salt and grind finely. Finely chop the garlic and add to the margarine with the ground pumpkin seeds and pumpkin seed oil and mix well. Season with salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar. Finally, stir in the chives.
