For the pumpkin vegetables, peel the pumpkin, cut in half, remove the seeds and dice the flesh (1 cm). Blanch the tomatoes, remove the skin and dice.

Peel and finely chop the onions. Heat butter in a saucepan and fry onions until golden. Add pumpkin, fry briefly, then add diced tomatoes.

Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Pour in the hot soup and let it steam for 5 minutes. Dust with flour and season the pumpkin vegetables with dill, ketchup and vinegar.
