Instructions:

For the pumpkin vegetables, peel the pumpkin, dice or slice. Salt well and let stand. Sauté onion in oil, add bell bell pepper and deglaze with vinegar.

Squeeze pumpkin well and add to onion, pour soup, season with salt, pepper, sugar, cumin and bay leaf. Simmer for about 5 minutes.

Sprinkle flour on pumpkin with tea strainer and stir in, pour in cream. Season to taste, remove bay leaf and serve.
