(*) For a cake springform pan of 24-26 cm ø Cut the Weggli into slices and drizzle with the milk. Preheat the stove to 170 degrees.

Peel the apples and cut them into wedges. Immediately marinate with rum, a quarter of sugar and cinnamon.

Mix cream, eggs, almond kernels and remaining sugar. Cover springform base with parchment paper, secure with ring.

Cover springform base with Weggli slices. Alternate layers of apples, half of the raisins and Weggli. Sprinkle remaining raisins on top. Pour frosting over top mold and top slurpee with butter flakes.

Bake in the lower half of the oven for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours. If necessary, after 1 hour, cover the pyre with aluminum foil to prevent it from getting too dark.

Serve with whipped cream to taste.
