For the quail eggs from the oven, preheat the oven to 180°C convection. Wash the lettuce, clean and spin dry.

Butter 2 silicone muffin cups, crack the quail eggs and slide 4 into each cup. Bake the quail eggs in the oven for about 15 minutes to make small fried eggs.

For the salad dressing, whip the whipping cream with olive oil and add the lime juice, salt, pepper and curry with a hand blender.

Marinate the salad with it, place the quail fried eggs from the oven on top and serve.
