Preheat the oven to 160 °C hot air.

Melt the chocolate over steam. Beat yogurt with sugar, vanilla sugar, coconut liqueur and whole eggs.

Slowly add the oil and continue to beat vigorously. Stir in the melted chocolate. Stir in flour with baking powder and coconut flakes alternately.

Pour the batter into a loaf pan lined with baking paper and bake for about 50 minutes.
