For the mussel pan, divide the mussel meat between 2 pans. Cut the spring onions into strips and add them. Slice the mushrooms and spread them on top.

Add the mandarins to the mussels, flavor with lemon juice and brandy. Beat the butter until fluffy, fold in the garlic clove crushed with salt and the anchovy paste.

Chop the herbs and add to the butter. Mix everything together well, season with salt, pepper and Worcester sauce.

Pour the butter over the mussels and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 10 minutes.
