For the quick pan, lightly sauté the onion and garlic in the oil. Fry the minced meat in it until hot.

Wash the zucchini, cut in half lengthwise and then cut into slices. Clean and wash the carrots and cut them into slices as well.

Add both to the mince, season and stir in the paradeis pulp. Cook on low heat until soft (if it is too dry, add some water). Season again to taste.
