For the Maultaschen pan, cut the Maultaschen into slices. Cut the leek into rings, wash and drain. Peel the carrots, then cut them into cubes.

Wash the bell bell pepper and the zucchini and cut them into cubes as well. Cut the garlic and ginger into small cubes.

Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Heat oil in the pan and fry everything in it – turning several times – until the vegetables are firm to the bite.

Then sprinkle the grated cheese on top and close the pan with a lid so that the cheese can melt.

When the cheese has melted evenly – after about 10 minutes – the Maultaschen pan is ready. It goes well with green salad.
