For the whole wheat ham skillet, cook the croissants and set aside. Chop ham and sausage into small pieces.

Melt butter in a hot skillet. Add ham and sausage and sauté briefly. Stir in the cream cheese. Add pasta to pan and stir well.

Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle the whole-grain ham skillet with parsley before serving.
