Instructions:

Rinse the quinces well, peel them, cut them in half and remove the core.

Cut the fruit halves into fine wedges.

Boil the candy with the juice of one lemon and zest and the orange zest in water, add the quinces and make 10 minutes over medium heat.

When cool, fold in the whiskey, fill into glasses and seal tightly.
