For the quinoa mushroom pan, place the quinoa in a colander and rinse thoroughly with warm water. Bring water to a boil with quinoa, reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, finely chop garlic and slice mushrooms.

Fry the mushrooms in the sesame oil until brown, and finally fry the garlic briefly. Add the quinoa and herbs, salt and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

If necessary, add a little more water. Season the quinoa to taste and serve sprinkled with the fried onions.
