Instructions:

For the quinoa rolls, boil the quinoa with 450 ml water for about 20 minutes, cover and let steep for 10 minutes. Then let it cool down.

Mix all remaining ingredients with the quinoa (hand mixer with dough hook or by hand) and add a little water depending on the consistency (but should not stick).

Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour. Knead again and form either 2 loaves or 3-4 large sticks or 6-8 small rolls.

Let rise again for half an hour. Then cut (do not press) and dust with starch flour. Bake at 250 degrees in the oven.

Spray with water again and again, then turn down to 200 degrees and bake the quinoa rolls for about 15 – 30 minutes, depending on their size.
