For the quinoa salad with radicchio and feta cheese, put the quinoa in a colander and wash thoroughly with hot water. Bring to a boil with 400 ml of soup or water and soup seasoning and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to swell briefly. Let cool in a sieve.

Wash and quarter the cherry tomatoes, drain the feta cheese if necessary and dice.

Rinse the radicchio with cold water and spin dry. Cut into centimeter-thick strips. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the radicchio strips in it briefly. Stir in honey and deglaze with balsamic vinegar.

Put the quinoa in a bowl and mix with the fried radicchio, cubes of feta cheese and tomatoes.

Mix the lime juice, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper to make a marinade and dress the salad with it. Finally, mix in the finely chopped herbs.
