Instructions:

Cut the rabbit meat into pieces of about 50 gr. Cut onions, celery and leek into tender strips.

Season and flour the meat. Fry briefly in oil or fat, add vegetables and flour and brown briefly. Add white wine and soup and stir until smooth. Do slowly until meat is tender.

Season sauce and refine with cream.

Garnish: Mashed potatoes or long-grain rice.
