Divide rabbit into portion pieces, season. Fry the rabbit pieces and later the liver in oil. Shape the rabbit in a gratin dish, put the liver aside.

Fry onion and half of garlic cloves, add clove, cinnamon, bay leaf spice, nutmeg, saffron and stock cube, extinguish with water and pour over rabbit. Steam in the oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.

Cook long grain rice and season.

Crush the liver, the other half of the garlic cloves and parsley, add to the sauce. Arrange rabbit and long grain rice nicely.
